Established in 2011, Nesra Engineering provides civil engineering services in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Florida. We offer a full range of services and specialize in athletic and recreational facilities. All projects are carefully managed by Nesra Engineering's Founder and Principal, Arsen Hambardzumian, P.E.
